Relax your body, lift your mood, and connect with pure puppy joy in our Frenchie Puppy Yoga class—a gentle and heartwarming experience for all levels.
45 minutes of gentle, relaxing yoga, suitable for everyone from total beginners to experienced yogis. Move through a calming, guided flow while adorable French Bulldog puppies roam, play, and occasionally join you on the mat.
After yoga, stay for 15 minutes of puppy cuddles and playful interaction. Spend quality time with the pups & unwind in a lighthearted, supportive environment.
This class is designed to boost your mood—because yoga and puppies are truly a match made in heaven!
Just as important, we deeply care about what this experience gives our puppies: positive human interaction, confidence-building and calm exposure in a safe, controlled environment that supports their growth!
Yoga mats are provided, so just bring yourself.
