Thank you for your interest in our puppies! In order to reserve a puppy please call (508) 665-7202.

Our process is simple, personal, and designed to ensure the best match for both our puppies and their new families. As a breeder, not a puppy mill, we take the time to meet each family in person. This allows us to answer all your questions, and gives you the chance to meet the puppy as well as their parents and grandparents.

To secure a reservation, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $500. Please note that the deposit amount may vary for more expensive puppies. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your commitment to adopt the puppy for which you have scheduled an appointment. Once you reserve a puppy, we ensure that he or she is unavailable for adoption by anyone else. We are pleased to hold the puppy for you for a period of up to 5 days.

Please note that without a deposit, the puppy will remain available for other customers, even if you have scheduled an appointment. However, we will honor your appointment at the scheduled time, and you are still welcome to visit and see the other available puppies.

Returning clients are always welcome to buy directly, since we have already met and built a relationship of trust and comfort.

In the event that you are unable to pick up the puppy within 5 business days, we offer Puppy Daycare services for an additional fee. This option allows you to extend the holding period while ensuring the puppy receives proper care. Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable as it covers the expenses associated with caring for the puppy during the reservation period. Additionally, by reserving a puppy, you prevent them from being adopted by another family, so we kindly request that you consider your decision carefully.

Puppy Return Policy

If a puppy is confirmed to be healthy by a licensed veterinarian and the client decides to return the puppy for personal reasons, the puppy must be returned within 14 days of pickup. A return fee of 50% of the puppy’s purchase pricewill apply. The remaining balance will not be refunded.

Puppies cannot be returned under the following conditions:

  • If the puppy has suffered any injury, trauma, or mechanical damage after leaving our care

  • If the puppy develops conditions caused by the client, including but not limited to cherry eye, neglect, or improper handling

  • If any medical issues arise due to the client’s actions or environment

All returns must be approved by us in advance. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.

A healthy puppy may be returned if the buyer decides they are not ready for a puppy or changes their mind.

The return must be made no later than 14 days (2 weeks) from the date the puppy goes home.

This policy applies only to healthy puppies and does not cover issues caused by neglect, injury, or improper care after leaving the breeder.
